Keep rib racks, roast holders, barbecue tools, and cleaning utensils close at hand and out of the way. Simply open the handsome stainless steel doors and place them in the storage enclosure made of durable stainless steel side panels, with heavy gauge wire lower shelf. Installed on Summit Series 450 and Summit Series 650.
ENCLOSED STORAGE AREA
Heavy-gauge porcelain enameled steel panels slide open to provide two extra large work surfaces. Slide them closed to protect the cooking surface from dirt and weather damage. Installed on Summit Series 400 and Summit Series 600.
SLIDEBACK COVERS
The best just got better! We have taken everything that has made our gas barbecue cooking system and made it even better. The welded-rod cooking grates, Flavorizer Bars, and burner tubes are all constructed of heavy gauge stainless steel, and designed to take any punishment an outddor cook can dish out.

Designed for use with Summit models 475 and 675, this built in unit comes with an insulated sleeve and quick-disconnect fitting for easy installation. Its heavy duty stainless steel trivet and wind diverter will handle large stock pots and skillets. The sealed burner head is easier to clean and will provide a more stable flame on windy days. Sold as an accessory.
SUMMIT SERIES 14,000 BTU BUILT-IN SIDE BURNER
Standard equipment includes a grill cozy. On cold, or unusually windy days, the cozy will trap the heat between the burners and cooking surface, so you'll be able to retain a perfect broiling temperature even when the weather is uncooperative.
GRILL COZY HEAT RETAINER
Weber has designed insulated sleeves for Summit Series Cooking Modules which will make the job of custom installation easier. All sleeves are made of aluminized steel trim to resist corrosion. The stainless steel front panel may be easily removed to empty the cooking module's grease catch pan.

The cart-mount side burner is sold as an accessory for the Summit models 425, 450, 625 and 650. These models come factory-equipped with a quick-disconnect fitting so installing a side burner is as simple as removing two wing nuts, snapping the hose into the quick disconnect and replacing the wing uts. Comes complete with a heavy duty stainless steel trivet and wind diverter. The sealed burner head is easier to clean and will provide a more stable flame on windy days. Stainless steel burner lid and surrounding surface will resist corrosion and spills.
